Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the luc33 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes after registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. luc33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify our support team immediately at support@luc33.cam if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. luc33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You may be required to complete identity verification at any time, and will be required before your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and a recent proof of address. luc33 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations.
By accessing the Platform you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
luc33 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Suspected breaches will be investigated and may result in suspension, closure and/or reporting to relevant authorities.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of our Pakistani users. luc33 references familiar payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual references only — none of these providers endorse or support gambling services, and actual availability of any payment method in the cashier must be verified at the time of deposit. luc33 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. luc33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required verification documents have been received and approved. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your luc33 Account.
Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. luc33 will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier, but cannot guarantee processing times due to third-party dependencies.
luc33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may include requesting source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
Your Account balance is displayed in PKR. Where underlying transactions involve currency conversion, the exchange rate applied will be that available at the time of the transaction. luc33 is not responsible for currency fluctuation losses.
Reminder: Funds in your Account are held solely for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. luc33 is not a bank and does not pay interest on Account balances. Do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose.
luc33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds or other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, qualifying games and time limits will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.
luc33 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim promotions more than once, wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational play, and collusion with other Users to unfairly accumulate promotional value. Where bonus abuse is detected, luc33 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the Account.
luc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been accepted and are actively being wagered at the time of withdrawal of an offer will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.
luc33 offers sports betting markets covering Pakistan cricket, the PSL, ICC tournaments, international T20 fixtures, football, UFC and other events. All bets are accepted subject to the maximum stake and payout limits displayed in the platform at the time of placement. luc33 reserves the right to limit stakes, void markets or refuse bets at its discretion, including in cases where it has reason to believe a market may be subject to irregular activity.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. In the event of a data feed delay or disruption, luc33 reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets. Bets accepted in error due to data feed failures may be voided at luc33's discretion.
All casino games — including live dealer titles, slots and table games — are powered by third-party certified game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by individual game providers and are available in the relevant game's information panel.
In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction or technical fault affecting any bet, game round or market, luc33 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. luc33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
luc33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, which may result in temporary service unavailability.
Legal Notice: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
luc33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance or winnings, where luc33 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, any real-money balance remaining (excluding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from bonus activity or suspected fraudulent play) may be returned to the User at luc33's sole discretion, subject to completed KYC verification.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have passed verification will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luc33 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users who access the Platform from locations where doing so is unlawful do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. luc33 expressly disclaims any liability arising from a User's choice to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
luc33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
